When this site first got started, it was mainly about dumbbells but as it evolved, we decided to give diet and fitness advice as well.

The main concept here is to work smart, not just hard. You can work hard all your life but if you’re doing the wrong things, you won’t get very far. For working out to eating right, it’s about choose the most efficient path because let’s face it, none of us are getting any younger so if we can hit our goals more quickly and safely, there’s no reason not to.
